  • How to learn your audience's "wish list," to provide not only what they came looking for, but other nuggets info to leave them feeling rewarded and informed.
  • Don't be eager to be too quick to follow other media, on winners of races for example. Accuracy is critical.
  • How to mentally and physically free oneself and one's site from traditional media.
  • How to find a better way to present information and resources online, because a lot of it is hidden and hard to find.
  • How to make the Web more human, to be able to better convey the emotions behind an event.
