Mike
Connolly graduated from the University of Notre Dame in May
majoring in American Studies. He aspires to be a sports writer
and hopes that one day he will get paid to watch the Superbowl.
He has interned with The Beacon News in Aurora, Ill.
He also served as editor in chief of The Observer,
the student newspaper at Notre Dame from 2000-2002. During
his time at Poynter he wants to learn how to be a better writer
and get along with his four roommates in the "Real World"-like
apartment.
